Halloween comes early

The Wacos may not get a chance in Game 5.

It appears I was too conservative in my call for the Series. Things I didn't expect:

Roy Oswalt turning into a pumpkin six days before Halloween.

Morgan Ensberg leaving 6 runners stranded. He's hitting .143/.200/.357 for the series. Perhaps that wrist hasn't fully healed. All the walks and stolen bases in the world don't mean shit without someone to drive the runs home. Lance Berkman is completely carrying the 'stros. The season ends tonight if Ensberg doesn't show.

Biggio coming up empty all series long.

Uribe, Crede and Rowand making things happen at the bottom of the lineup.

Scott Podsednik and Geoff Blum becoming late inning power hitting heroes.

It's a beautiful game. That look on Bagwell's face when he popped up in the 7th broke my heart. Fifteen years of pain and frustration when he threw that bat.

Brandon Backe against Freddy Garcia? It doesn't look good for the home team.
